National security investigations involve efforts by the United States government to acquire information about foreign threats to national security, i.e., international terrorism, cyber crime, or espionage.
There are no reported cases of Stephen Jones’ defense of national security matters because they all, with the exception of Timothy McVeigh and classified information procedures, were resolved at departmental levels. Jones’ clients include prominent international figures or members of their families, former employees or national security agencies, as well as the Central Intelligence Agency.
